Schedule Plan Review AppointmentYou must call the Chief Building Official at (330) 364-3164 to discuss scope and to schedule an advance appointment for Plan Review, preferably at least 2 business days prior to the requested review date. Small projects (approximately 8 sheets or $500,000 maximum) will be reviewed on the same day as the appointment. An attempt will be made to review larger projects, within one business week.
