Nicholas L. Montan, CBO/PE
Nicholas is an accomplished licensed architect with 18 years’ experience and a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Kent State University under his belt. He’s worked on numerous commercial and public projects for firms like Holland Management, Sharon Center, Ohio; Roupp Group, Chicago, Illinois; Perspectus Architecture, Collins Gordon Bostwick Architects, and URS Corporation, all of Cleveland, Ohio; and MKC Associates of New Philadelphia. Nicholas is an active member of AIA, OBOA, COCOA, FBOA, ICC and NFPA.

John A. Mack, Building Inspector, New Philadelphia
Mr. Mack has been ECOBA's certified building inspector since January 2005, and was hired full-time on July 6, 2005. Prior to joining ECOBA, John was the Assistant Superintendent for the City of New Philadelphia for seven years. He has over 20 years' construction experience as a mason and was highly recommended by Benchmark and Raeder Construction Companies.

Jerry Morris, Electrical Inspector
Jerry subcontracts as Electrical Inspector for ECOBA, as well as for the Mid-East Ohio Building Department for Guernsey County. He owns his own electrical business and has been a licensed Electrical Inspector since 1988.

Hubert Egler, Electrical Safety Inspector, Dover
Mr. Egler has been providing contract inspection services for ECOBA since January 2005. Hubert is also a zoning official for Dover Township and volunteers for mobile meal delivery, wheelchair repair, and flood relief efforts. He has five years' prior experience as an electrical inspector for the City of Canton and spent his career as an electrician.

Kelli Eberle, Administrative Assistant
Kelli currently serves as the Administrative Assistant for both the Tuscarawas County Port Authority and the East Central Ohio Building Authority. In addition to her administrative duties, her professional commitments include coordination of the Tuscarawas 2020 efforts, collaboration with the Tuscarawas County CVB marketing committee and several other TCPA projects. Kelli has extensive experience in advertising sales, client account management, promotional planning and local-origination television programming and production.

Normal Holiday Schedule:
The ECOBA office will be closed in observance of: New Year's Day, Good Friday (Easter), Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Saturday holidays will be observed on the Friday before and Sunday holidays will be observed on the Monday after.
